Events and plans
MyUniTree helps you discover events and keep plans and memories. Saving a plan does not book a ticket. Bookings, payments, entry rules and refunds are handled by the organiser or ticket provider linked on the event. Check their current details before travelling.
Your account and memories
Keep your sign-in details secure. Only upload photos and other content you have permission to use. Avoid putting sensitive information or someone else’s contact details in memories. Your saved memories are private until you choose to share them. Shared copies are handled by the app or people you share with.
Responsible use
Do not use the service for abuse, impersonation or unauthorised access. Report incorrect event listings using the event’s report option. Ratings describe your personal experience.
Campaign measurement
Campaign email opens, WhatsApp read receipts and campaign link clicks are measured automatically for future campaigns where no saved off choice exists. You can turn it off there without stopping your email or WhatsApp updates. Open and click figures are estimates: email privacy features and automated scanners can affect detection. Societies receive summary numbers and percentages. See campaign measurement in our Privacy Notice for details about measurement, retention and your choice.
