MyUniTree

A small idea, taking root

A little help finding
your people.

MyUniTree is a small, personal project with a simple hope: to make it a little easier to find things to do, try something new and feel part of life around you.

Why I’m building this

There’s a lot happening at university and across Belfast, but finding it can mean jumping between society pages, Instagram posts and different websites. It’s easy to miss something you might have loved.

I’m building MyUniTree to bring more of those opportunities into one place. Somewhere you can discover an event, find a society or club, and put a few plans in your diary without having to keep track of everything yourself.

It’s still a work in progress. I’m learning as I go, and there will be things to improve. If it helps someone turn an empty afternoon into a good memory, that feels like a worthwhile start.

Room to try something new

From a society taster to a local workshop or a night of live music, the aim is to make the next small step feel easier.

Built with people in mind

Organisers do the hard work of bringing people together. MyUniTree hopes to help their events reach the people who would enjoy them.

Our next small goal

An app, soon.

£200

We’re aiming to raise £200 to help bring MyUniTree to an app, so it’s easier to keep close to hand. That’s our next step, rather than a promise of a launch date.

If you’d like to help us towards that goal, or simply share an idea, please get in touch. Sharing MyUniTree with a friend or telling an organiser about it helps too.

Thanks for being here

You don’t need an account to have a look around the public events. If you spot a mistake or think something is missing, I’d be glad to hear from you.
